1. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next available business day, typically Monday.
2. Delivery of Products
- Purchases are shipped from our warehouses, third-party warehouses, or offices located across India. All orders are typically shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
- Our goal is to deliver products within 7-10 business days from receipt of the order and payment, depending on the delivery address.
- Orders are delivered by our own staff or third-party courier services, including logistics companies or postal services. Deliveries are generally made between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
- A signature is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for goods signed for by anyone other than the person who placed the order, at the address indicated during the order process.
- We are not liable for any damage to products after the delivery has been completed.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.
4. Reporting Damaged or Missing Items
- Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery via cs@gotunez.com.
- Any shortages or damages should be noted and signed for on the proof of delivery copy, and this should be returned to the delivery person.
- If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please report the issue within 24 hours. We will not be able to process any requests after this timeframe.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on factors such as product type, size, volume, packaging, and destination.
- The applicable shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout, and you will be informed of the total amount before confirming your payment.
6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
7. Delivery via Registered Courier Services
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only.
- The delivery time is typically 7 days from the date of order/payment, or as per the agreed delivery date. Delays may occur due to the courier company's or postal authority's regulations, but the Platform Owner is not responsible for such delays.
8. Shipping Cost Refunds
- If there are any additional shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, these charges are non-refundable.
